Asking After Shumi, the Town Resident

Before

It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with his work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center.

In progress

Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to check on Shumi, a resident of the city. Let's go see how Shumi is doing. Only characters at Level 12 or higher can complete this quest.

Completed

I checked on Shumi, a resident of Kerning City. In a city like this, no news is the best news.
