Becoming a Citizen of Honor

Before

I've finally been recognized as a Citizen of Honor of Kerning City.

In progress

It seems Dark Lord, the city's hidden leader, is looking for me, so I should probably head over right away. Only characters at Level 57 or higher can complete this quest.

Completed

Dark Lord at Thieves' Hideout personally congratulated me on becoming a Citizen of Honor.
