Looking for the Sage in Perion

Before

I think I should meet Scadur in El Nath and ask about Old Ring.

In progress

Scadur reminisced about the old days, when he heard about the ring from the four sages he met as a young man. He recommended that I visit Victoria Island and meet up with all four of the sages, starting with the one in Perion.

Completed

I met Dances with Balrog, one of the four sages of Victoria Island. He looks incredibly rough for a sage... Will he actually know anything about the Old Ring?
